This course is an introduction to statistics. In these 14 weeks (7 weeks for the intensive term), we'll go through a series of statistical topics.
This web site contains additional information that could be useful. Each week may contain some of:

- My video solutions to problems similar to the homework ones

RMU prefers to use Excel for statistical calculations, but MyMathLab also comes with a StatCrunch license. My videos will use both. You are welcome to use either Excel (the better alternative if you are familiar already with Excel and want to get better at it) or StatCrunch (the better alternative if you are not familiar with Excel).
The StatCrunch software videos use the older (2012) version of StatCrunch, but the newer version works in almost exactly the same way. The Excel software videos mostly use Excel 2007 which has pretty similar functions as Excel 2010, but Excel 2013 is quite different. Also, Excel Data Analysis is not available for the Mac.
